Pre-conference powwow:

On Friday evening, September 11th, the pre-conference powwow will take place.
Come to the pre-conference powwow to meet fellow translators, relax and have fun in an informal atmosphere and a great meal!

Gala Dinner:

On Saturday evening, September 12th, after the first day of the conference, the traditional networking evening will take place. For the 10th anniversary of ProZ.com, this evening will be a Gala Dinner.  The cost for this meal is 36 USD.

It is extremely important that we know before September 7th if you will be attending the dinner as the room for the dinner will vary depending on the number of attendees and we have to communicate this to the hotel, for obvious logistical and organizational reasons.
