English term or phrase: Rock-on method
Hi,

I am translating a text on gel manicure and I am unsure about this sentence: Apply tips using rock-on method.

I haven't done gel manicure in ages :D so I can't even picture it in my head to find the appropriate Italian description, and unfortunately online I only found written descriptions, no videos.

Any help is appreciated! :)
