se širokým lemem cytoplazmy Explanation: Podle popisu mají asi menší jádro a široký lem cytoplazmy Selbst noch so breitleibige und dadurch plasmagroße und absolut große Altersformen kleiner (i. e. kleinkerniger) und mittelgroßer Lymphocyten (Fig. 4, 6) sind noch keine großen Lymphocyten. Große Lymphocyten (Fig. 7, 12) und große Myelolymphocyten (Fig. 36) in unserem Sinne können ganz schmalleibig sein, aber sie müssen absolut großen Kern haben. Große Lymphocyten sind also solche nicht wegen ihrer Größe und Plasmabreite, sondern wegen ihrer Kerngröße.
