Russian term or phrase: обтяжка
I hope someone can help. I'm translating a short article from a medical journal about the surgical treatment of patients with connective tissue dysplasia, with complications relating to the presence of a bicuspid aortic valve. This term occurs once in the document, and here's the context:

Выделены брахиоцефальный ствол, левая общая сонная и левая подключичная артерии, взяты на обтяжки.

Does "обтяжка" here mean stretching, obturation, sheathing...? Or something else? I'd be grateful for any insights!
