And in a fit of procrastination, I counted the number of polls posted by our perennial lurker, the one-who-must-not-be-named - Anonymous Yep, Anonymous's winning streak keeps on getting bigger and bigger - a whopping 34 consecutive polls to date. So, someone tell me why we should even bother to make the effort to suggest real bona fide polls with actual names attached to them when Anonymous, i.e. Proz staff, are going to give preference to their own... The amount of time I spend online varies depending on the task at hand. Sometimes, I spend hours searching for relevant information, but it’s mostly work-related. Besides that I do some online shopping, read some newspapers online and I check the quick poll… I don’t use the internet for gaming, watching YouTube, browsing social media like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. | | | Kay Denney France Local time: 14:31 French to English
too much, probably. Like, why am I even hanging out here? Was going to ask what it had to do with translation, then realised it's a Sunday kind of question. And promptly deleted the info I was about to volunteer about my surfing habits. Big Brother is watching us after all. | |

The only non-work-related activities I carry out in the internet are Facebook (about 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes at night) and purchases or personal research, news, quick polls, etc. I consider reading my e-mails a professional task, although there are personal e-mails among the messages received, of course, but they are few. And very seldom I play Solitaire, Sudoku, etc. before I go to sleep, just to relax a bit. I don't think it would add up to 5 hours per week. | | | Mario Chavez (X) Local time: 09:31 English to Spanish + ... Anonymous must be a bot | Oct 29, 2017 |

And, he's a size 67 1/2. BTW, my favorite Disney character is Tinkerbell. Isn't she so sweet? (rhetorical question) | | | That Tinkerbell ... | Oct 30, 2017 |
