no estoy muy seguro, pero me parece que no es un poder para firmar en nombre de (i.e., como representante) sino directamente el registrant y el que suscribe, de lo contrario habrían puesto in the name o on behalf o fórmulas por el estilo; igual, a los efectos creo que no cambia mucho
