Found in an Employee Handbook, about Overtime Pay:

All work performed in access of 40 hours in any one workweek by non-exempt Employees will be compensated at the rate of 1 ½ time their regular rate of pay.
(Exceptions may apply in workweeks an employee is covered by the **Motor Carriers Act**).
