The point is that although there are grounds for appeal they cannot be invoked by the company because the damage was not incurred by the company but by its shareholders.

Ausência de legitimidade e interesse recursal = Absence of standing to appeal.

the right or ability to bring a legal action to a court of law, or to appear in a court
