Spanish term

otorga el titulo de medico cirujano

Spanish to English Medical Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs medical degree
This is a degree certificate. I am tempted here just to put: awards.....XXX the degree of Medicine.

Note: This is for a British audience.

I wouldn't complicate it. I believe the person is a surgeon.

This is how I would translate it.

Hope it helps!
