duly discharged from the list of accused

This answer replaces the one I had posted earlier. I believe it's a better match.

baixa: Jur.

The Cambridge Dictionary translates "dar baixa" as "get a discharge stamp" in the context of labor relations. I believe this translation can also apply to the present context, with a few tweaks.

"The petitioner/accused filed a criminal petition against the Sessions Judge and Special Judge for CBI Cases who denied her request for discharge from the list of accused." https://thewalkers.co.in/judgements/karnataka-hc-denies-doct...

"Fortun cited the rule that an accused who is a potential witness must first be discharged from the list of accused before he is considered a prosecution witness. RA 6981 pertains to the Witness Protection Program (WPP)." https://www.philstar.com/headlines/2010/09/22/613842/ampatua...

agree Adrian MM. : prefaced by the following, if this is a criminal prosecution, though sometimes vs. oftentimes used for being 'filed away' in US civil cases: ARQUIVEM-SE : (AmE) to be nolle prosequied (BrE) let a Nolle Prosequi be entered.

Thank you, Adrian.

with the appropriate clearances

Uma tradução para inglês poderia ser: "Upon finality and completion of all necessary procedures, ARCHIVE, with the appropriate clearances."
