I think "Airtime" is an American phrase, which refers to time spent "on air" on your mobile, i.e. the combined usage of phone calls and surfing, etc:

As far as I know we don't have an equivalent to that kind of phrase in Sweden, but simply use "mobiloperatör" - they supply us with our air time (trafik, datavolym?)
