German term
Hammerkopfbahn
German to English
Tech/Engineering
Energy / Power Generation
Rusty bit of generator
Unfortunately, there isn't a lot of context. This document is an engineer's report on a water-damaged generator.
There are pictures, but I only got the captions, in this case: "Verrostete Hammerkopfbahn am Rotorjoch". "Hammerkopf" sometimes translates as "T-"?, but "T-track"?

I am just guessing to get you going...would go with the damage-assessment tone...
