Comment: "Yes, the German is a bit weird - it was probably written by some really tired marketing guy at 3 am who nevertheless wanted to be witty. So in trying to keep the 'wittiness' I was looking for an idiom to use with all the other idioms and 'on the go' really fits the best of all the answers without some perceived negative connotation. Although I must say, as a native speaker, The use of \"zwischen Tür und Angel\" here sounds a bit strange to me. I can\'t imagine somebody doing his/her training \"zwischen Tür und Angel\". This picture includes an open door. In German, this saying is used in this situation: somebody has already said goodbye and then turns around in the open door and starts talking about a new, mostly serious, matter. Of course this is a bit annoying, because you should have enough time to discuss things and probably you would like to sit down while talking.

to give a slightly different take on the German idiom - this would make sense of "oder jederzeit" which some of the other suggestions don't do. I think you also want to be wary of phrases that make the traing sound rushed, trivial or inadequately prepared - I don't think that's the intention of the phrase.

: Sorry, Armorel, but if your aim is to come up with a phrase that doesn't imply rushing, I certainly wouldn't use "at the last minute". Implies insufficient planning as well as rushing.
