Furstlicher Upper Law Court
B8. January.199, 2C 133/95-70

Art. 14 Bank Law
Art. 15 EGZPO (Law concerning the introduction of the Civil Procedure)

As universal successor of the deceased, an heir or executor has the same information right vis-à-vis a bank as the deceased in his capacity as former bank customer, since the legal relationships between the bank and its customers do not lapse upon the death of the latter. An exception exists, inter alia, when the deceased obligated the bank to secrecy oder durch die begehrte Auskunft in das Bankgeheimnis gegenüber Dritten z.B einer Stiftung *eingegriffen* würde.

{any help in translating the phrase "oder durch..würde" at the end would be appreciated as i don't understand it!)
