Potassium per quantity/dose
I think Kaliumje is probably a typo. Kalium is the latin for Potassium (which is a common sight in hospitals) so that leaves "je Meßgröße" which could be "per dose" or "per quantity". Langenscheidts gives "measurand" for Meßgröße which apparently comes from an ISO norm.
Hope that helps.
