Japanese term
それぞれ別々の
Japanese to English
Law/Patents
Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng
Pharmaceutical
This phrasing occurs in the following sentence:
中大脳動脈腹閉塞モデルラット作成して6時間、12時間、24時間、42時間後に、それぞれ別々のモデルラットにδ-アミノレブリン酸塩酸塩を生理食塩水に溶解しラットの体重1kgあたり100mgとなるように腹腔投与した。
I translated this as:
Prepare model rats with middle cerebral artery occlusion and inject each model rat in its stomach at 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, and 42 hours with δ-aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride dissolved in normal saline solution at a dosage of 100mg per 1kg of weight.
Even so, I can't help but feel that I've left something out and done a lousy job.
Any help/corrections greatly appreciated.
Answers to this question may be in either English or Japanese.

The preceding paragraphs in the patent help to understand what is going on. Para 33 describes preparation of the model rats and para 34 describes a test confirming the model in 6 rats.

Presumably, having confirmed the model over a 14 day period, further rats were prepared. So I think there is only one rat model, and individual animals were probably dosed at different time points for comparison, though this is still not really clear (to me) from the text.
I would be inclinded to retain the vagueness and translate as follows: Model rats with middle cerebral artery occlusion were prepared and the animals were intraperitoneally administered [substance and dose] after 6, 12, 24 and 42 hours respectively.
Not sure why you are using the instructional tense when this is describing a past experiment illustrating an embodiment.
