Is it possible 内 is being used to show some sort of breakdown?

Let's say the bank has processed X amount of drafts or bills of exchange by the end of a certain business day, including Y amount of drafts and bills of exchange issued by other banks. This could be shown as:
手形 Ｘ（ｙｅｎ） 内 他手（short of 他行手形 ） Y(yen)
他行手形 is 他行（other banks)が issue した手形（drafts or bills of exchange).
