Japanese term

最終募集額

Japanese to English Bus/Financial Investment / Securities
I think this is referring to the amount collected in a fund drive, but I don't know what the proper term is. The phrase in which this appears is:

MBIファンド3号の最終募集額がXXX円達した。

Total Subscription Amount

The industry jargon for "募集" is "subscription." 最終募集額 is, therefore translated into "total subscription amount," which appears in various sites related to the securities industries.
