registered customers

target customers can be divided into two groups:"エントリー顧客" and "一般顧客".
As "entry customers" doesn't really make sense in English.
How about " registered customers", means target customers already registered and data been put into company's system.
Note from asker:
though your suggested translation didn't seem to fit the context i was working in, it made a lot of sense to me, and i'll keep this interpretation in mind for the next time i come across the same word. ARIGATO GOZAIMASHITA!

pioneering customers

I think エントリー顧客 refers to those who are first to jump at a new product or market. Those willing to take the risk on the innovative or unusual.
Example sentence:

i couldn't have come up with this one on my own. very helpful suggestion. ARIGATO GOZAIMASHITA!
