If you are translating a catalog with photos, you may be able to get away with just "variegated (like the last sample) as long as it doesn't indicate color variation.

Please note that 度目違い fabric is not always stripe pattern; I couldn't find good samples of linens and napkins, but I'm sure you get the idea.
Also, I have some doubts about "cotton sheeting". Though it is used in Japanese web sites to mean "天竺（木綿）", or シーチング, it rather means "cotton sheets" outside of Japan/Asia, maybe. It's a type of plain woven cotton, . I may just say "cotton".

I'm not sure about 度目違い, but it may mean that the fabric was woven with uneven density to give a particular texture effect.
