gazetka sieciowa to broszura informacyjna wkładana do skrzynek na listy z informacjami o promocjach, cenach, obniżkach, itp. A jest sieciowa dlatego, że to sieci handlowe się tak reklamują - Tesco, Kaufland, Castorama, Praktiker, itp.

IMHO nic z kontekstu nie wskazuje, że jest to gazetka w internecie, czyli on-line. W języku polskim bardzo sporadycznie stosuje się w kontekscie umów handlowych termin "sieć" w znaczeniu internetu. Zwykle mówi się po prostu internet, strona internetowa, portal, etc. Ale nie "gazetka sieciowa".
