Another way, perhaps, of expressing Ana's idea, though I am unsure there is a commonhold in there: in the UK, roughly equates with condo/minium in the US and Can, namely division into ('flying') freehold apartments.
Example sentence:

: Thanks Adrian, repartitioning would work as well but I am assuming the two entries posted by the belong to the same document, which is why I used the same structure as in the answer provided to their initial question.
