If I've understood the situation correctly from your other question, the shipment of goods was bought on consignment by xx and was to be sold in another country on behalf of the yy, konsignationsaffär, a consignment transaction (deal). On the other hand, your document calls it a förmedlingsaffär, and I would tend to translate that as agency or brokerage transaction.
