Source text - English An allowance for corrosion shall be made in the design where steel reinforcement pipe or a permanent casing is used as a structural member, unless protection is already naturally present or the entire surface is protected by a sufficient or grout cover or other protective measures.
The only test which can derive the ultimate resistance is the maintained load test if loads are sufficient and hold constants for a long enough period. Other tests require subsequent interpretation. Similarly, dynamic testing methods cannot measure consolidation or creep under load. Any approximations made to the results for the purpose of establishing load/settlement relationships should therefore be made clear in test reports.
At the present time, maximum permissible concentrations for heavy metals in vegetation have not been established. Therefore, the heavy metal content in the plant samples taken at the EOP series and Р-15/03 stations are compared against the maximum permissible levels (MPL) for farm animal fodder.
However, a comparison of these MPLs with the heavy metal concentrations in the root parts of the vegetation is only indicative, since the farm animals do not consume this part of the plant.

Единственный способ, с помощью которого можно выявить наибольшую сопротивляемость, это метод статического испытания, если нагрузка достаточна и остается постоянной в течение продолжительного времени. Другие методы требуют последующих пояснений. Так, метод динамического испытания не способен измерить плотность грунта или его деформации при нагрузке. Любые неточности относительного положения, возникшие в результате установления нагрузки/осадки, должны быть отражены в отчетах об испытаниях.
В настоящее время предельно допустимые концентрации тяжелых металлов в растениях не были установлены. Таким образом, содержание тяжелых металлов в растительных образцах, взятых у группы EOP и станции Р-15/03, сравниваются с предельно допустимыми концентрациями (ПДК) в кормах для сельскохозяйственных животных. Тем не менее, сравнение этих ПДК с концентрациями тяжелых металлов в корневой части растительности носит лишь ориентировочный характер, так как животные не употребляют корневую часть растения.

Source text - English The Participant in receipt of the Deadlock Notice shall advise the other Participant within seven (7) days of receipt of the Deadlock Notice of its preference from the two dates specified in the Deadlock Notice. If the Participant receiving the Deadlock Notice is unable to make available any Senior Executive on either of the dates specified in the Deadlock Notice, then such Participant shall contact the other Participant and agree upon a mutually convenient date. Unless otherwise agreed, the meeting will take place in [________]. The Parties shall make available at this meeting Senior Executives who are empowered to resolve the Deadlock. The Participants shall negotiate in good faith and attempt to amicably resolve the Deadlock. Any resolution agreed upon by the Participants shall be approved in the form of a resolution of the General Meeting of Participants, which shall be binding upon [●].
