2. Удостоверение за регистрация и дейност на юридическото лице, издадено по нареждане на Корпорацията на Маршаловите острови от 07.01.2008 г.
3. Корпоративни документи както следва:
а) Пълномощно от 00.00.2000 г. издадено от учредителя,
б) Протокол от първото събрание на Борда на Директорите от 00.00.2000 г.,
в) Решение за даване на Генерално упълномощаване от Борда на Директорите от 00.00.2000 г.,
г) Решение на Борда на Директорите от 00.00.2007 г. одобряващи „Регистрационната транзакция”, назначаването на постоянен представител/агент в Малта, както и учредяването на ипотека съгласно Малтийските закони върху Стр. № - м/к „---” от името на Компанията в полза на „Булярд Корабостроителна Индустрия” АД.
