治中転

Japanese to English Art/Literary Medical (general)

This appears in a document describing medical treatment for a patient. Something similar can be found at https://www.moj.go.jp/isa/content/001374800.pdf, page 86. My best guess is that it means something like 治療中で転移(would be consistent with other documents I have translated for this job), but am not sure.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
