opposite is partition in Anlgo-Am law and, in the UK, the term of 'lotting' is used for splitting a housing estate into separate lots that are supposed to be conveyed individually. Allotments is a term tending to be used for gardening and nature reserves.
In the UK, deeds of consolidation vs. partition are used.

The first ref. of aggregation is to show it is *wrong* in UK + US conveyancing - as you ought to know. The second ref. of agrupación - pls. 're-read' my last sentence - is the non-Colombian form of 'englobe', West. I have drafted Deeds of Consolidation.

Thanks, but won't get into the glossary anyway. Col. stands for Colombian as in englobe - consolidation, West in englobe vs. agrupación *elsewhere* and which deeds of consolidation vs. partition of land I have also drafted in the UK.
