Microsoft Termilogy of MS Japan is an uptodate grossary for Ja>En, but I think they use their unique terms, so I also like to be introduced more public/standard(ISO/ANSI) dictionary.

Famous but not uptodate (I think) terminology is on Ascii24. It is included in Babylon dictionary.

When translating computer terms from Japanese into English I usually do crossed searches on the internet; I seldom use dictionaries. However, these are two of the sites I use from time to time.
