feasible

I think it means feasible/executable/realisable.
The 1/2 階積分伝達関数システム is feasible in the following formula.
入出力関係 is feasible in the following formula.
I'm not sure of the appropriate way to express the above 2 sentences, but "feasible" seems to be the more likely term for 実現 than executable or realisable.
