Fail to open a word document in Trados Studio 2014

Hello,

I try to open a single word document using the Translate single doument function on Trados Studio 2014 but an error message appears saying that the word document "Contains a t4winMark used for markup bilingual documents" followed by "this document does not contain any bilingual segments" which is true since it is in Italian.

Any idea about how to handle this document?

Remove styles Jan 20, 2016

Try removing t4winMark as well as other Trados-specific styles from the document.

Correction in Word Jan 20, 2016

My suggestion: Open the document in Word; enable View All and/or Hidden Text.This will make the t4winmark visible, you can just delete it and save the source doc without it.

In order to assist you further could you kindly clarify what file format/version you are working with and what is your MS Office version and Operation System?

If you could also provide more information on the nature of the problem you experiencing at this moment, that would be helpful as well.
