Description:	Purpose of backup. Backup strategies. Backup media. Adapting a backup strategy to the needs of a freelance translator. Setting up backup of your files, using an external hard drive and built-in Windows backup utility (step-by-step instructions) We may also speak a little about folder structure under Windows. This shall be a hands-on sessions, so you may wish to come with a laptop.
Speakers:	Dipl.-Ing. Jerzy Czopik Born in Cracow, now living and working in Germany. Although I've studied mechanical engineering, life has brought me to translating, which became my passion. The second passion are computers, so the themes covered are nearly all about computers and CATs :-)
