Lease Term
1. The lease term shall be for a fixed term of three months starting from December 1st 2008 and terminating on February 28th 2010.
2. The Lessor may by Notice to the Lessee, extend the Lease Term thereafter month by month.
Clause 3
Lease Termination
1. The Lessor shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement unilaterally at anytime and for any reason by providing the Lessee with a 30-day prior written notice. Following such notice, the Lessee shall vacate the Land entirely with the 30 day notice period. Should the Lessee fail to vacate the land, the Lessee hereby accepts full liability for costs and damages arising therefrom.
2. This Agreement may also be terminated by a written agreement executed by the parties hereto.
3. The Lessee shall, as of the date of termination of cancellation of this Agreement, handover the Land to the Lessor in the condition as ti was handed over to the Lessee.

1. Prenajímateľ je oprávnený vypovedať túto dohodu jednostranne kedykoľvek a z akéhokoľvek dôvodu tak, že dá nájomcovi písomnú výpoveď s 30-dňovou výpovednou lehotou. Po tejto výpovedi nájomca v rámci 30-dňovej výpovednej lehoty pozemok úplne vyprázdni. V prípade, že nájomca pozemok nevyprázdni, nájomca týmto akceptuje plnú zodpovednosť za náklady a škody, ktoré z toho vzniknú.
2. Táto dohoda sa tiež môže vypovedať písomnou dohodou vyhotovenou stranami tejto dohody.
3. Nájomca k dátumu výpovede alebo zrušenia tejto dohody odovzdá pozemok prenajímateľovi v stave, v akom bol odovzdaný nájomcovi.

1. Do not use the oven for any reason other than the preparation of food. This oven is specifically designed to heat or cook food. Do not use this oven to heat chemicals or other non-food products.
2. Before use, check that utensils/containers are suitable for use in microwave ovens.
3. Do not attempt to use this microwave oven to dry newspaper, clothing or any other materials. They may catch on fire.
4. When the oven is not being used, do not store any objects other than oven accessories inside the oven in case it is accidentally turned on.
5. The appliance shall not be operated by MICROWAVE or COMBINATION (NN-J155/NN-J125) WITHOUT FOOD IN THE OVEN. Operation in this manner may damage the appliance. Exception to this is point 1 under heater operation.
6. If smoke or a fire occurs in the oven, press Stop/Cancel button and leave the door closed in order to stifle any flames. Disconnect the power cord, or shut off power at the fuse or the circuit breaker panel.

Antithrombin, a 58 kD, 432 amino-acid glycoprotein, belongs to the serpin (serine protease inhibitor) superfamily. It is one of the most important natural inhibitors of blood coagulation. The factors most strongly inhibited are thrombin and Factor Xa, but also factors of contact activation, intrinsic system and the Factor VIIa/tissue factor complex. Antithrombin activity is greatly enhanced by heparin and the anticoagulant effects of heparin depend on the presence of antithrombin.
Antithrombin contains two functionally important domains. The first contains the reactive centre and provides a cleavage site for proteinases such as thrombin, a prerequisite for forming a stable proteinase-inhibitor complex. The second is a glycosaminoglycan binding domain responsible for the interaction with heparin and related substances, which accelerates the inhibition of thrombin. The inhibitor-coagulation enzyme complexes are removed by the reticulo-endothelial system.
Normal antithrombin activity in adults is 80 - 120% (0.8-1.2 IU/ml) and levels in neonates are about 40 - 60% (0.4-0.6 IU/ml).
In a formal clinical trial employing serial Duplex ultrasound examinations, antithrombin alfa was shown to be effective in the prevention of thromboembolic events in congenital antithrombin deficient patients in clinical high risk situations. Similar results were found in another series of congenital antithrombin deficient patients treated with antithrombin alfa.

5.1 Farmakodynamické vlastnosti
Farmakoterapeutická skupina: antitrombotiká: skupina heparínu. ATC kód : B01AB02.
Antitrombín, 58-kilodaltonový glykoproteín zložený zo 432 aminokyselín, patrí k nadrodine serpínu (serínový proteázový inhibítor). Je to jeden z najdôležitejších prirodzených inhibítorov zrážania krvi. Najsilnejšie inhibované faktory sú trombín a faktor Xa, ale tiež faktory dotykovej aktivácie, intravaskulárny systém a komplex faktor VIIa/tkanivový faktor. Aktivita antitrombínu je značne zosilnená heparínom a antikoagulačné účinky heparínu závisia od prítomnosti antitrombínu.
Antitrombín obsahuje dve funkčne dôležité domény. Prvá obsahuje reaktívne centrum a poskytuje štiepne miesto pre proteinázy, ako je trombín, čo je nevyhnutým predpokladom pre tvorbu stabilného komplexu proteináza-inhibítor. Druhá je glykosaminoglykánová väzbová doména zodpovedná za interakciu s heparínom a súvisiacimi látkami, ktorá urýchľuje inhibíciu trombínu. Komplexy inhibítor-koagulačný enzým odstraňuje retikuloendoteliálny systém.
Normálna aktivita antitrombínu u dospelých je 80 – 120 % (0,8 – 1,2 IU/ml) a hladiny u novorodencov sú približne 40 – 60 % (0,4 – 0,6 IU/ml).
Pri formálnej klinickej skúške používajúcej sériové duplexné ultrazvukové vyšetrenia sa antitrombín alfa preukázal ako účinný pri zabraňovaní tromboembolickým prípadom u pacientov s vrodeným nedostatkom antitrombínu pri klinicky vysokorizikových situáciách. Podobné výsledky boli zistené u iných skupín pacientov s vrodeným nedostatkom antitrombínu liečených antitrombínom alfa.

V týchto sa para pod určitým uhlom navádza na ohnuté lopatky obežného kolesa, ktoré sa nachádzajú za nimi a odľahčuje sa na nízky tlak. Pri tomto sa časť entalpie pary premieňa na kinetickú energiu. Preto odľahčená para opúšťa vodiace ústrojenstvo pri vyššej rýchlosti.

In looking back at the year it would be impossible not to think of Athens 2004. The Olympic Games returned to their home, and despite the uncertainty that many external critics voiced in the lead up to the Games, the event was flawless. Our Greek operations and volunteers from around our system responded admirably to the opportunities presented by the Games and, it may be a small point, but I'm pleased to note that consumer calls to our Hotline actually decreased in August! This is no doubt due to the robust preparation and world class market execution of our team. Well done to one and all!

This section provides an overview of information and instructions for using the XXXXX defibrillator.
The XXXXX defibrillator uses the patented YYYYY Shock Advisory System to evaluate the patient’s heart rhythm. The XXXXX defibrillator has an optional feature that displays the ECG waveform and Heart Rate Indicator in AED mode. The operation in AED mode remains the same whether or not the defibrillator displays the ECG waveform. When ECG display is set to on, the ECG appears with all of the AED messages and prompts. When ECG display is set to off, the messages and prompts fill the screen.
Basic Steps for Using the XXXXX Defibrillator
1. Establish that the patient is in cardiopulmonary arrest (the patient must be unresponsive, not breathing normally and showing no signs of circulation).
2. Press ON/OFF to turn on the defibrillator (the green LED illuminates). Voice prompts will sound, guiding you through the rescue process.
