Translation - English We have reviewed the attached consolidated Financial statements of GB Auto Company and its Affiliates "an Egyptian Joint Stock" (Group) which comprise the Balance sheet as at 30 June 2009 & the consolidated statements of income, changes in equity and cash flows thereto related for the six months then ended, and a summary of the significant accounting policies and other complementary explanatory notes.
