أعتقد أنه يمكن تحقيق ذلك من خلال تعديل الاختيارات في خيارات اللغة والوقت والتاريخ

start - control panel - date, time, language and regional options - change the format of numbers, dates and times - customize - choose Indian numbers from the pull-down menu next to "standard digits" - apply - OK
