Open Competition has been announced by the European Union for those who are interested. As the details are rather complicated, you may consult the Official Journal of the European Communities, C 227 A (24th September). You can read it at http://europa.eu.int/eur-lex , but to apply, you will need an Optical Reader Registration Form. Deadline for applications is the 25th October.
