Please indicate in the conference page that the list of speakers is full.

This would be very useful to prevent waste of time.

As I explained in my e-mail the session planning is nearly completed and further conference information will be uploaded on the dedicated page very soon.

Please note that all speaker applications will be kept in the database for future events, thus allowing for advance planning for other conferences.

I am sorry you feel you may have wasted your time.

I simply suggested to indicate in the conference page that applications for speakers cannot be accepted anymore, just to prevent "general" waste of time for applicants and for the organizer.
