Trados Studio 2019 target export error

I’m having trouble exporting an Excel target file in Trados Studio 2019 (installed very recently on a new computer running Windows 11). When I try to export the file, I receive the following message:

"Filter definition 'Excel 2007 v 2.0.0.0' not found or could not be used to construct a generator"

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot or fix this?

Click on Project settings - File Types, and select "Microsoft Excel 2007-2016".
Click Ok.
Run again the Batch task (Export files) operation.

I'm sorry, I should have mentioned that I found my way to these same forum posts, and have already tried all of the suggestions, but unfortunately without success.

Could it be Windows 11 that is causing that error in Studio 2019?

I have a support ticket with Trados and will follow up if they respond.

Unfortunately, I was not able to totally solve the problem. It seems to be an ongoing issue that must ultimately be fixed by the manufacturer.
