Source text - English 5.0 HONEY ESTABLISHMENT INSPECTION ACTIVITY FREQUENCIES
Inspection frequencies in the work plans are established based on the previous compliance history of the various activities and their risks. Annually activities are prioritized by Programs and Operations at the national level.
The frequencies outlined in the table below should be considered as a guideline. Each registered honey establishment has a unique situation (e.g. seasonal considerations, number of products produced or imported, previous compliance history, etc.) which the inspector needs to take into consideration to determine the actual level of inspection, either more or less than indicated in the table, required for a particular establishment.
In those instances where it may not be possible to complete the activities outlined by the work plan, this information should be communicated to the Inspection Manager and/or Program Specialist with the reason(s) why they could not be delivered. Only program activities related to establishment inspection are listed in the following chart. Product inspection frequencies are listed in the Honey Product Inspection Manual.
Chapter 12 - Guide to the Labelling of Honey
Prepackaged and Bulk Product
Chapter 12 of this Guide applies to pure honey (creamed or liquid or pasteurized) which has been produced in federally registered establishments and is destined for interprovincial or import or export trade and is covered under the Honey Regulations. Some comments have been included for honey which is not covered under the Honey Regulations as it is not traded inter-provincially or imported or exported or because it differs from the standard of identity for honey (i.e. strawberry flavoured honey). Comments have also been included for related honey products, such as honey on honey combs, which are not covered by standards under the Honey Regulations.
All of these products are also regulated by the

Honey Covered by the Honey Regulations
The common names for honey are detailed in section 35(1) and 47(1)(c)(i) of the Honey Regulations. Common names may include "honeydew honey", "Lavender honey", "Rubinia honey", "alfalfa honey", "Banksia menziesii honey", or the name "honey" either alone or accompanied by the name of the blossom (i.e. clover honey). The composition standards for each of the variety honeys is found in Table IV, Schedule I of the Honey Regulations.
Honey and Honey Products Not Covered by the Honey Regulations
The common name for honey is prescribed in Sections B.18.025-B.18.027 of the Food and Drug Regulations. Products described as honey must meet these standards of identity.
If a honey is combined with another ingredient, such as a flavour, royal jelly, or other, the common name must describe how the product deviates from the standard (i.e. strawberry flavoured honey, honey with royal jelly, etc.). For all other products, such as Royal Jelly, the common name must be descriptive of the product.
The common name must be shown on the principal display panel of the label.
The minimum type height must be 1.6 mm.
The common name must appear in both French and English.
For honey, the net quantity must declared in metric units of weight (grams "g" or kilograms "kg"). For honey graded under the Honey Regulations, there are standard container sizes which are listed below.
The standard container sizes are applicable for honey which has been graded according to the Honey Regulations or that is marketed by a registered establishment - any weight up to an including 150 g, 250 g, 375 g, 500 g, 750 g, 1 kg, 1.5 kg, 2 kg, 3 kg or 5 kg
The Minister may permit the sale of honey packed in novelty containers of non-standard sizes. He may authorize for experimental use containers not set out in section 29. [29(4), 31, HR]
The net quantity declaration be shown on the principal display panel of the label.
For the type height requirements for the numeric portion of the net quantity declaration, please refer to section 12.4.4 below. The type height for the symbols "kg" and "g" shall appear in lettering not less than 1.6 mm in height.
This information must appear in French and English.
The grade or grade designation is required on the label of all honey that is subject to the Honey Regulations. These grades may not be used on products which do not meet the requirements of the Honey Regulations.
Honey to which the Honey Regulations apply, that is sound, wholesome and fit for human consumption but does not meet the requirements of Canada No. 1, Canada No. 2 or Canada No. 3 grade, shall be marked "substandard". Substandard grades are not permitted for imported products.
Grades (domestic product or repackaged imported product) or Grade designations may be used in the following cases:
• when regulations specifically state that the grade of the product may be declared on the label;
• when the product has been manufactured, graded and repackaged in a registered establishment [5.1(a) & (b), HR]; or the product was imported and sold in its original container [47(1)(c)(ii), HR].
A grade declaration on a product for which a grade standard is prescribed cannot be used unless the Canadian business is registered with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
The grade or grade designation must appear on the principal display surface of the label.
The colour class designation is required immediately following the Grade designation on the label of all honey that is subject to the Honey Regulations. These classes may not be used on products which do not meet the requirements of the Honey Regulations.

The class designation must be printed immediately after the grade on the principal display surface of the label.
For honey subject to the Honey Regulations, the following information must also appear, where applicable:
• the word "liquid" (liquide)
• the word "creamed" (en crème) or any other word indicating that the contents are granulated
• the word "pasteurized" (pasteurisé) (Domestic only)
• the word "pressed" (de presse)
The brand or trade name (if any)must also be shown on the label and may appear on any panel other than the one located on the bottom of the container. This applies to domestic product only.
For domestic honey covered by the Honey Regulations, the following must appear on any panel of the label other than a panel located on the bottom of the container:
name and address of the packer
or
the name and address of the first dealer and the registration number of the packer
For imported honey covered by the Honey Regulations, the following must be clearly and prominently displayed on the label so as to be readily discernible:
the name and address in full of the packer or importer.
For honey and honey products not covered by the Honey Regulations, the name and address must be shown as for all other prepackaged products, i.e., on any part of the label except that part of the label , if any applied to the bottom of the container. The name and address may appear in one of three formats for imported products:
• The name and address of the foreign producer;
• The Canadian name and address of the importer preceded by the words "imported by/ importé par"
• The Canadian name and address of the importer followed by the country of origin.
For single ingredient foods such as pure honey, the common name of the product is considered to be the list of ingredients.
Multi-ingredient honey products such as flavoured honey, must show a list of ingredients must appear on any surface of the container, with the exception of the bottom in both French and English. The list of ingredients must comply with requirements of the Food and Drug Regulations. Note: In some cases the common name may suffice as the list of ingredients if the name is sufficiently descriptive.
Amendments to the Food and Drug Regulations will make nutrition labelling mandatory for most prepackaged products by December 12, 2005. Small companies with revenues from the sale of food of less than $1 million in Canada for the 12 months prior to December 12, 2002 have a five year transition period. These regulations affect processed products. More details on the requirements for nutrition labelling can be found in
Section 54 of the Honey Regulations permits the exportation of honey which does not meet the provisions of the Regulations if
• the registration number of the establishment in which the honey was packed is marked on the label of the container;
• the lot number of the code of the shipment is marked on the label or embossed on the container
• the markings on the label or the container do not misrepresent the quality, quantity, colour class, composition, characteristics, origin, safety or value of the honey;
• the shipper provides to the inspector a signed statement certifying that the container and labelling meet the requirements of the importing country; and if
• the signed statement is included in the export documentation.
The net quantity must be declared in metric format in kilograms, or if less than one kilogram, in grams.
The standardized container sizes for honey packaged in bulk are 7 kg, 15 kg, 30 kg, or in containers larger than 30 kg that are a multiple of 1 kg.
The grade name of the honey must be immediately followed by its colour classification. The colour classification for honey packed in bulk containers is different from that packed in prepackaged containers. The grade names are the same as for prepackaged honey.

Frecvenţa inspecţiilor din planul de muncă se stabileşte în funcţie de gradul de respectarea a normelor în trecut, în ceea ce priveşte diferitele activităţi şi riscurile implicate. Anual se stabilesc priorităţile activităţilor prin Programe şi Operaţiuni la nivel naţional.
Frecvenţele evidenţiate în tabelul de mai jos reprezintă un standard. Fiecare unitate de procesare a mierii înregistrată are propria situaţie ( de pildă, consideraţii sezoniere, număr de produse fabricate sau importate, gradul de respectarea a normelor în trecut etc) pe care inspectorul trebuie să o ia în considerare pentru a stabili nivelul de inspecţie necesar, mai mult sau mai puţin conform cu cel indicat în tabel, în funcţie de particularităţile fiecărei unităţi.
Situaţiile în care activităţile menţionate în planul de lucru nu pot fi finalizate, trebuie comunicate Inspectorului Şef şi/sau Specialistului în Programe cu menţiunea motivului (motivelor) care au determinat acest fapt. În următoarea diagramă(următorul grafic) sunt menţionate doar activităţile legate de inspecţiile în unităţi. Frecvenţa inspecţiilor produselor se regăseşte în Manualul de inspecţie a produselor din miere.
Capitolul 12 – Ghid pentru etichetarea mierii
Produs preambalat şi la vrac
Capitolul 12 al acestui Ghid are aplicabilitate pentru mierea pură (vâscoasă, fluidă, sau pasteurizată) fabricată în unităţi înregistrate şi având destinaţia importului, exportului, sau comerţului între provincii reglementat de legislaţia meliferă. S-au adăugat unele comentarii în ceea ce priveşte mierea nereglementată de legislaţia meliferă deoarece nu face obiectul comerţului între provincii, importului sau exportului şi nu îndeplineşte standardele de identitate a mierii(cum este cazul mierii cu gust de căpşuni).
S-au mai adăugat comentarii referitoare la produsele asociate mierii, cum ar fi mierea în fagure, care nu sunt standardizate de legislaţia meliferă.
Toate aceste produse sunt reglementate şi de:
• Administraţia alimentelor şi medicamentelor (FDA)
• Legislaţia alimentelor şi medicamentelor (FDR)
• Administraţia consumului, împachetării şi etichetăii (CPLA)

Mierea reglementată de legislaţia meliferă
Denumirile utilizate pentru miere sunt detaliate în articolele 35 (1) şi 47 (1) (c) (i) din legislaţia meliferă. Denumirile utilizate pot include „miere de rouă dulce”, „miere de levănţică”, „miere Rubinia”, „miere de facelie”, miere de Banksia menziesii”, sau cuvântul „miere” utilizat singur, sau însoţit de numele florii din al cărei nectar a fost extrasă (de pildă, „miere de trofoi”). Standardele de compoziţie corespunzătoare fiecărei varietăţi de miere se găsesc în Tabelul IV, din Articolul I din legislaţia meliferă.
Mierea şi produsele din miere nereglementate de legislaţia meliferă
Denumirile utilizate pentru miere se regăsesc în articolele B.18.025-B.18.027 din Legislaţia alimentelor şi medicamentelor. Produsele descrise ca fiind miere trebuie să îndeplinească următoarele standarde de identitate.
În cazul în care mierea este combinată cu alte ingrediente, cum ar fi aromele, lăptişorul de matcă, sau altele, pe etichetă trebuie precizată modalitatea prin care produsul diferă de cele standard (de pildă, „miere cu gust de căpşuni”, „miere cu lăptişor de matcă” etc). Pentru toate celelalte produse, inclusiv lăptişorul de matcă, denumirea trebuie să descrie produsul.
Denumirea trebuie afişată pe etichetă la vedere.
Înălţimea minimă a caracterelor trebuie să fie de 1,6 mm.
Denumirea produsului trebuie afişată atât în limba engleză cât şi în limba franceză.
În ceea ce priveşte mierea, cantitatea netă trebuie exprimată în grame „g” sau în kilograme „kg”. Standardele de mărime a recipientelor pentru mierea clasată conform legislaţiei melifere sunt afişate mai jos.
Standardele de mărime a recipientelor pot fi aplicate mierii clasate conform legislaţiei melifere sau celei comercializate de unităţile înregistrate - orice greutate până la valorile de 150 g, 250 g, 375 g, 500 g, 750 g, 1 kg, 1,5 kg, 2 kg, 3 kg or 5 kg.
Un ministrul competent poate permite comercializarea mierii în recipiente cu dimensiuni nestandardizate. De asemenea, acesta poate autoriza folosirea în scopuri experimentale a unor recipiente nemenţionate la articolul 29 [29(4), 31, HR]
Este obligatorie afişarea greutăţii nete pe etichetă în mod vizibil.
Consultaţi articolul 12.4.4 de mai jos pentru a vedea care sunt standardele de înălţime a literelor care compun declaraţia cu privire la cantitatea netă a produselor. Înălţimea literelor din simblourile „kg” şi „g” nu trebuie să depăşească 1,6 mm.

Mierea de calitate superioară, destinată consumului uman şi standardizată conform legilaţiei melifere, dar care se află în afara clasei de calitate stipulate în Canada No. 1, Canada No.2 sau Canada No. 3, trebuie marcată prin calificativul „calitate inferioară”.
Clasele de calitate inferioară nu sunt aplicabile produselor din import.
Clasele (pentru produsele de pe piaţa internă sau pentru cele din import care au fost reambalate), sau denumirile claselor se pot aplica în următoarele cazuri:
• Atunci când legislaţia precizează faptul că afişarea clasei pe etichetă este obligatorie
• Atunci când produsul a fost fabricat, clasat şi reambalat într-o unitate înregistrată [5.1(a) & (b), HR]; sau dacă produsul provine din import şi este comercializat în recipientul original [47(1)(c)(ii), HR].
Afişarea clasei pe eticheta unui produs supus regulilor de standardizare este obligatorie numai în cazul în care producătorul de miere din Canada este înregistrat la Agentia Canadiana de Inspectie a Alimentelor(CFIA).
Clasa sau denumirea clasei trebuie afişate pe etichetă în mod vizibil şi lizibil.
Este obligatorie afişarea clasei de miere în funcţie de culoare, imediat după afişarea gradaţiei pentru toate produsele reglementate de legislaţia meliferă. Denumirea tipului de miere în funcţie de culoare trebuie afişată pe etichetă în mod vizibil şi lizibil imediat după denumirea clasei.
Etichetele recipientelor care conţin miere produsă conform legislaţiei melifere, trebuie să mai conţină următoarele specificări:
• Termenul „fluidă” (liquide)
• Termenul „vâscoasă” (en crème), sau orice alt termen care să specifice faptul că mierea este granulată
• Termenul „pasteurizată” (pasteurisé), doar pentru produsele care provin de pe piaţa internă
• Termenul „presată” (de presse)
Marca de fabricaţie sau numele sub care se comercializează produsul (dacă este cazul) trebuie să apară pe etichetă sau pe orice parte a acesteia, înafară de cea de pe fundul recipientului.
Aceste specificări sunt valabile numai pentru produsele care provin de pe piaţa internă.
Recipientele care conţin miere care provine de pe piaţa internă şi care este supusă reglementărilor legislaţiei melifere, trebuie să aibă etichete care să conţină următoarele informaţii afişate pe orice parte a acesteia înafară de cea de pe fundul recipientului:
Numele şi adresa ambalatorului
sau
Numele şi adresa primului furnizor precum şi numărul de înregistrare al ambalatorului
În ceea ce priveşte mierea din import supusă legislaţiei melifere, pe etichetă trebuie afişate vizibil şi lizibil următoarele informaţii:
Numele şi adresele complete ale ambalatorului, respectiv ale importatorului
În ceea ce priveşte mierea şi produsele din miere nereglementate de legislaţia meliferă, numele şi adresele menţionate mai sus trebuie să fie afişate pe orice parte a etichetei înafară de cea de pe fundul recipientului. La fel se procedează şi în cazul tuturor celorlate produse preambalate. Pe produsele din import numele şi adresele trebuie să fie afişate în unul din următoarele trei formate:
• Numele şi adresa producătorului străin;
• Numele şi adresa importatorului canadian precedate de specificarea "imported by/ importé par" („importator”)
• Numele şi adresa importatorului canadian urmate de ţara de origine a produsului
În ceea ce priveşte alimentele care conţin un singur ingredient, cum este mierea pură, elementele care constituie lista de ingrediente desemnează şi denumirea sub care se comercializează produsul.
Produsele din miere compusă din mai multe ingrediente, cum sunt cele cu arome, trebuie să prezinte, atât în limba engleză, cât şi în franceză, lista ingredientelor pe oricare parte a etichetei înafară de partea de pe fundul recipientului. Lista ingredientelor folosite trebuie să fie conformă cu reglementările legislaţiei alimentelor şi medicamentelor. Notă: În unele cazuri denumirea produsului dată de lista de ingrediente pe care acesta le conţine îndeplineşte cerinţele legislaţiei în vigoare, dacă denumirea descrie suficient produsul.
Începând cu data de 12 decembrie 2005, amendamentele aduse legislaţiei alimentelor şi medicamentelor vor obliga producătorii să afişeze informaţiile nutriţionale pe etichetele produselor preambalate. Companiile canadiene mici care în perioada de 12 luni anterioare datei de 12 decembrie 2002, au înregistrat profituri mai mici de $1 million din vânzarea produselor alimentare beneficiază de o perioadă de tranziţie de 5 ani. Aceste reglementări se aplică şi alimentelor care conţin aditivi alimentari. Detalii privind cerinţele de afişare a informaţiilor nutriţionale se găsesc la articolul 54 al legislaţiei melifere. Conform acestui articol, este permis exportul mierii care nu îndeplineşte standardele impuse de lege dacă:
• Pe eticheta produsului este specificat numărul de înregistrare al unităţii în care mierea a fost ambalată
• Pe recipient, sau pe eticheta produsului este marcat numărul de lot al codului de livrare
• Însemnele de pe eticheta recipientului nu induc în eroare în ceea ce priveşte calitatea produsului, cantitatea, clasa de culoare, compoziţia, caracteristicile, originea şi termenul de valabilitate
• Expeditorul mărfii prezintă inspectorului o declaraţie semnată care certifică faptul că atât recipientul, cât şi etichetarea produsului respectă reglementările ţării importatoare
• Declaraţia semnată face parte din documentaţia de export.
Cantitatea netă trebuie exprimată în valori metrice, „kilograme”, sau pentru cantităţi mai mici, în „grame”.
Mărimile standardizate ale recipientelor destinate ambalării mierii în vrac sunt de: 7 kg, 15 kg, 30 kg, sau în recipiente mai mari de 30 kg cu multiplu de 1 kg.
Numele dat clasei de miere trebuie urmat de clasificarea după culoare. Clasificarea după culoare a mierii ambalată în recipiente la vrac, diferă de cea a mierii în recipiente preambalate. Numele date gradaţiei se păstrează şi sunt valabile şi pentru mierea preambalată.

This document gives an overview of the functional design of the fondant preparation. Most of the installation is manual operated. This document only describes the automated part.
1 General
1.1 Technical requirements
The installation has to be automated in compliance with the S88 guideline. This guideline is present in the automation blueprint designed by Perfetti Van Melle. There has to be certain flexibility. The flexibility has to be of a level that a change in composition of the produced product does not require a change in the automated system. An additional requirement has to be taken into account. A fault in a higher level system must not have any negative effect on a recipe that is already active.

1.4 Purpose of the Fondant preparation
The purpose of the fondant preparation is to prepare fondant and to dose an amount of fondant into tank T-100, T-200, T300 or T-400.
1.5 Operation
1.5.1 Situation
1.5.1.1 Functional division
The fondant preparation consists of six tanks:
• Buffertanks T-500 and T-600
• Preparationtanks T-100. T200, T300, T400

1.5.1.2 Description Production
The operator initiates the filling of a tank T500 or T600. On the HMI a tank is selected and then released for filling. Valve F506 and F606 are switched and unit is ready for filling. The tank will be filled until High level is reached. Level is measured with LT501 or LT601 and is displayed in %. The different levels LL,L, HL and HH level can be set on HMI. When level HL is reached there is an alarm “high level buffer tank is reached”. At Level HH there is an digital output high (can be used to stop feeding pump from cooker).
The Mixers of T500 and T600 can be started on HMI. When level is higher then LL the mixers are mixing. Below LL the mixers will stop and wait until Level is higher than LL. Stirrers can be set on high and low speed
1.5.1.3 Description Circulation/Dosing
Choose the circulation/discharge route manually with valves V602/V502, V604/V504, V411/C411, V610/V507.
Start the right discharge/circulation (P550,P650) pump on HMI. The pump starts at circulation speed (setting on HMI in %).
The Flow meter (F401) always operates as a minimal flowcontrole for the circulation pumps (P550, P650). When the circulation pumps are started the flow must be above the minimal flow after a time (wait time (s) and minimal flow (litres/hour are settings on HMI).
On the HMI you can choose to fill a preparation tank (T100-T400).
Example filling T100; Discharge/circulation pump on dosing speed (setting on HMI in %), V102 open, V101 closed, Flow meter (F401) starts counting the need amount (setting on HMI in litres). When needed amount filled into T100, system back into circulation mode (valve V101 open, V102 closed, pump speed at circulation speed).
The stirrers of the preparation tanks can be started on the HMI. They have 2 speeds (high/low speed)

1.6 Section: Fondant preparation
The Fondant preparation is divided into 1 S88-unit with its own unit operation. This unit consist of several parts. These parts are equipment modules. This is described in the following paragraphs.
Commands can be given and adjustments can be made to the installation at the section level, unit level and control module level.
1.6.1 Unit: Fondant preparation
1.6.1.1 Purpose
The purpose of the unit fondant preparation is to prepare (cook) fondant in tank T700.

1.6.1.3 Description Production
The operator fills the tank T700 with the ingredients. The stirrer (M701) can be started on the HMI. When stirrer is on the cooking process can be started (V706 open).
The cooking process will stop (V706 closed and V716 open for time x seconds) when cooking temperature is reached. The cooking temperature (C), release time steam (s) can set on HMI
With pump (P750) the cooked mass can pumped into buffer tank T500 or T600. Pump can be started on HMI.

Acest document oferă o privire de ansamblu asupra designului funcţional al pregătirii bomboanelor fondante. În general instalarea se efectuează conform manualului de utilizare. Acest document descrie doar mecanismele de funcţionare.
I. Introducere
1.1 Cerinţe tehnice
Instalaţiile trebuie puse în funcţiune conform instrucţiunilor din ghidul de utilitare S88. Acesta poate fi găsit în planul întocmit de Perfetti Van Melle. Se impune o anumită flexibilitate. Intrarea în procesul de producţie a unui produs nou nu trebuie să impună schimbări în sistem. Trebuie luată în considerare o cerinţă suplimentară. Orice eventuală defecţiune în sistem nu trebuie să influenţeze într-un mod negative producţia.

1.4 Scopul preparării bomboanelor fondante
Este de a executa şi doza o cantitate de bomboane fondante în recipientul T-100, T-200, T300 sau T-400.

1.5.1.1 Descrierea procesului de producţie
Operatorul începe procesul de umplere a recipientelor T500 şi T600. Se selectează de pe ecranul HMI un recipient şi se începe procesul de umplere. Urmează deschiderea valvelor F506 şi F606 iar recipientul se va umple până va atinge nivelul maxim. Nivelul este afişat în procente şi măsurat cu ajurorul LT501 şi LT601. Indicii de nivel foarte scăzut, scăzut, mediu şi foarte ridicat se setează de pe ecranul HMI. Alarma “ nivel ridicat al rezervorului tampon” se declanşează la apariţia nivelului mediu.

1.5.1.2 Descrierea procesului de rotire/dozare
Procesul de rotire/descărcare se efectuează manual prin deschiderea valvelor V602/V502, V604/V504, V411/C411, V610/V507.
A se începe de pe ecranul HMI procesul de descărcare/rotire a pompelor (P550, P650). Viteza (afişată pe ecranul HMIîn procente) de rotire pune în mişcare pompele
Contorul de lichide(F401) funcţionează ca un regulator minimal de debit pentru pompele de rotaţie(P550, P650).Când pompele se pun în funcţiune, debitul trebuie reglat la un nivel superior celui minim( timpul, respectiv timpii de asteptare precum şi dozarea, în Litri/h, sunt afişate pe ecranul HMI).

Labo Shop detine cel mai mare service din Romania, dotat cu echipamente si unelte de ultima generatie. Firma pune mare accent pe instruirea si perfectionarea permanenta a personalului din departamentul tehnic, prin participarea acestuia la cursuri de service la firmele producatoare.
In anul 2006, ca recunostere a serviciilor de calitate, firma BEGO a ales Labo Shop sa execute reparatiile in garantie si post garantie pentru echipamentele sale,chiar daca la acea data Labo Shop nu era unul din colaboratorii sai.
Prin intermediul service-ului nostru clientii beneficiaza de:
- reparatii cu piese originale; - singura masina de tip SCHENCK din România pentru echilibrat ax si rotoare; - garantie pentru lucrarile efectuate;

Piata dentara autohtona este in plina ascensiune, in ciuda crizei economice. La ora actuala, este dificil de estimat o valoare exacta a pietei de servicii stomatologice locale, din cauza multitudinii de jucatori, ale caror venituri nu sunt facute publice si accesarea dificila a informatiilor detinute de Ministerul Sanatatii. Majoritatea acestora sunt firme de marime mijlocie.
Potrivit unui studiu de cercetare, efectuat, la nivel global, de revahealth.com, gradul mediu de satisfactie a persoanelor straine care au optat pentru programele de turism dentar a atins 84%, pacientii economisind, in medie, 4.800 de euro, adica 60% din costul unui tratament stomatologic solicitat in tara de provenienta. In Romania, sunt preturi de doua sau chiar de trei ori mai mici fata de regiunea vest-europeana, tratamentele fiind la aceleasi standarde de calitate cu cele din clinicile de lux din Europa de Vest sau din Statele Unite. Federatia Patronala din Turismul Romanesc estimeaza o crestere cu 30% a numarului de turisti straini in Romania, ceea ce ii determina pe stomatologii romani sa se astepte la rezultate optimiste cu privire la evolutia pietei locale a serviciilor de turism dentar.

Grupul tinta caruia i se adreseaza compania este alcatuit din totalitatea medicilor stomatologi si tehnicieni dentari , care profeseaza in judetele mentionate mai sus. Labo Shop dispunde de o baza de date de peste 3000 de laboratoare de tehnica dentara si peste 5000 de cabinete stomatologice din intreaga tara, baza de date ce a fost reactualizata la inceputul anului 2010. Datele clientilor din baza de date contin pe langa adrese si numere de telefon, adresa de e-mail a acestora unde esta cazul.

7.1 Strategii, tactici si programe de marketig
Strategia de marketing este cel mai important element al planului de marketing deoarece dicteaza toate actiunile care se vor desfasura ulterior pe partea de promovare. Strategia se coreleaza de obicei cu analiza SWOT si se elaboreaza pe baza punctelor tari si a directiei pe care doreste sa se axeze compania.
Modalitatile de vanzare mentionate mai sus au dat rezultate foarte bune pana in prezent. Pe langa acestea, pentru produsele Kavo am mai vrea sa implementam o noua stategie de marketing. Labo Shop va numi cate un reprezentat de vanzari pentru fiecare judet in care isi va desfasura activitatea, deasemenea pentru urgentele de service dorim sa pregatim personal, la fel, pentru fiecare judet in parte. Un rol foarte important va juca deasemenea, participarea angajatilor firmei la cursurile de marketing si service din cadrul firmei Kavo. In urma acestor cursuri personalul nostru va dobandi cunostinte noi in ceea ce priveste modul de vanzare specific firmei Kavo, iar in ceea ce priveste training-ul, tehnicienii nostri se vor putea specializa pe service-ul produselor Kavo.
Pentru primul an de activitate, preconizam o depasire substantiala a target-ului stabilit de Kavo la suma de 50 000 de euro, incercand sa se tripleze in urmatoarele 16 luni, tinzand sa crestem constant pana la atingerea unui plafon de echilibru.

If KAVO decides to take on several dealers, Labo Shop will concentrate on the north- western and middle region market covering the following counties: Maramures, Satu- Mare, Bihor, Salaj, Bistrita-Nasaud, Cluj, Alba, Timis, Arad, Caras-Severin, Mures, Sibiu, Brasov, Hunedoara, Harghita, Covasna.
The target group our company addresses to is made of dental practitioners and dental who activate in the above-mentioned counties. Labo Shop has acquired a data base containing aver 3000 dental medicine laboratories and over 5000 dental offices throughout the country. This data base has been updated beginning of 2010, containing names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses, if required.
In terms of competition, representative in this respect are dealerships for Sirona, A-dec, who sell units. As for equipment, the competitors sell Bien-air, W&H, or Sirona.

7. Sale strategies
KAVO products sale will be coordinated by the Sales Manager for the market segment in Ardeal through five channels:
• Via telephone
• Via e-mail
• On-site visits
• Posting of price lists, special offers and catalogues
• On-line and off-line marketing meant to sustain sales
7.1. Strategies, tactics and marketing programmes
The marketing strategy is the main part of the marketing plan as it determines all future actions related to the promotion of the product. Usually, the strategy is closely connected to the SWOT analysis as it is elaborated taking into account the strengths and the direction the company is taking.
The above-mentioned strategies have proved reliable so far, therefore we plan to add and implement a new strategy to promote KAVO products. Labo Shop will assign a Sales Representative for each of the above-mentioned counties. Also Labo Shop will be training staff members for each county to answer any service and maintenance emergency.
A very important role will be played by staff members who will be taking on marketing and service trainings organised by KAVO. Once training complete, our staff will be fully prepared to perform according to specific sale strategies formed by KAVO. In terms of training, our staff technicians will have the opportunity to specialize in service and maintenance specific to KAVO line of products.
Labo Shop is acquainted to the KAVO line of products. These products represent a great necessity both in dental offices as in dental laboratories. Therefore it is for this reason that we consider important to have access to the entire range of products in view of being able to honour customer’s specific demands. We have always been concentrated on providing our customers well targeted solutions.
We estimate that treatment instrument range sales will be worth 50,000 Euros, out of which turbines and contra-angles handpieces represent top sale articles.
On the other hand, a 50,000 euro worth sale is estimated for the diagnostic range, with to sale products represented by Gendex-Imaging, and PROTAR evo Articulators and ARCUSdigma/ARCUSevo Facebows.
As for Practice Equipment range our estimates show sales worth 60,000 Euros, with top sales for Treatment units.
Dental Laboratory range sales are estimated to be worth 55,000 Euros, Laboratory drives being on the top of the list.
Care systems and materials sales will be worth 15,000 Euros, our estimates showing that STERclave and KaVo CLEANspray KaVo DRYspray will be top sale products.
As for Everest CAD/CAM system, it is difficult at present time to predict a total value of the sales, giving that we have insufficient information on price and on the product itself. However, extended efforts will be made in order to bring the product closer to our customers by facilitating their access to the trainings organised by KAVO.
As for the Microscopes rage, there is a demand for such products. However more specific information is needed in order to predict sales.
Our company has concluded partnerships with Romanian universities which have proven to be successful throughout the years. A well-made estimation in terms of the dental training product range sales is difficult to assess, however efforts will be made in view of promoting these types of products and meet universities efforts to provide effective, up-to-date methodological material.
In terms of spare parts, our Service Facility frequently provides services for KAVO dental laboratory micromotors and practice turbine. Our average orders for spare parts are in the amount of 10,000 Euros per year.

The equipment is entire, its gross purchase price totals EUR 16,255 VAT, i.e. Sixteen thousand two hundred and fifty five EUR, FOB Budapest, i.e. delivered to the seat of Sanitaria in Budapest.
2.)
Upon execution of the Contract, the Customer shall transfer a deposit of 30% of the purchase price to confirm the Seller’s order, as part of the above purchase price.
After this amount has been debited at the Seller’s bank account, the Seller shall place an order to the manufacturer concerning the given treatment unit and arrange the delivery thereof to Budapest.
As soon as the treatment units have arrived in Budapest, the Seller shall notify the Customer and the Customer shall transmit the remaining 70% of the purchase price to the Seller’s bank account. As soon as the entire purchase price has been debited at the Seller’s bank account, the Customer has the right to take over such treatment units at the Seller’s seat in Budapest.
The Seller may refuse to hand over the goods as long as the purchase price has not been settled entirely.
3.)
The Parties agree that the treatment unit detailed in Article 1/a) shall be ordered and deposited by 29 October 2010.
The 20 pcs of treatment unit specified in Article 1/b) shall be ordered and transported in lots of 4 pcs, provided that the entire quantity shall be ordered by 15 December 2010.
4.)
The Customer covenants to bear all the costs related to the transportation of the product requiring installation/commissioning and makes arrangement concerning this issue.
The risk shall be borne by the Seller prior to the hand-over of the product and by the Customer afterwards.
5.)
The Customer is obliged to carry out the quantitative inspection of the product purchased in any case, and the qualitative inspection if possible upon take-over.
Any inspections the Customer is unable to carry out during the hand-over shall be carried out upon delivery immediately, and any potential qualitative complaints shall be reported to the Seller right after detecting such defect.
Any claims arising from faulty performance may only be enforced if the Customer can demonstrate that the material under study comes from the Seller.
6. )
Based upon this Contract, any declarations may be made and any other legal actions may be taken only by the Parties’ representatives or appointees by virtue of the Parties’ written authorisation.
7.)
Considering any issues not regulated in this Contract, the provisions on sales contract set forth in the Civil Code (Sections 365–369 of the Civil Code), and the general rules on contract conclusions as laid down in Heading I, Chapter IV of the Civil Code (Sections 198–338 of the Civil Code) shall be applied.
Any potential appendices to this Contract shall be interpreted in accordance with the text of the Contract and shall form an integral part of the Contract.
The statutory guarantee and warranty of durable consumables shall be subject to Governmental Decree no. 151/2003. ( IX.22. ) and the effective Civil Code.

Vânzătorul se obligă să vândă echipamentul în integralitatea sa la preţul total de 16.255 euro TVA, adică şaisprezece mii două sute cincizeci şi cinci de euro, Free on Board Budapesta, adică livrat la sediul Sanitaria din Budapesta.
Articolul 2. La data încheierii contractului, Cumpărătorul se obligă să depună echivalentul a 30% din preţul total al bunurilor pentru a confirma comanda.
După debitarea sumei sus menţionate în contul Vânzătorului, Vânzătorul se obligă să depună comanda la producător şi să aranjeze livrarea către Budapesta.
Vânzătorul se obligă să anunţe Cumpărătorul de sosirea bunurilor la data convenită, iar Cumpărătorul se obligă să depună în contul Vânzătorului restul de 70% din preţul total al bunurilor. După debitarea sumei integrale în contul Vânzătorului, Cumpărătorul are dreptul de a intra în posesia bunurilor şi de a le ridica de la sediul Vânzătorului din Budapesta.
Vânzătorul are dreptul de a refuza predarea bunurilor în cazul în care Cumpărătorul nu achită integral suma.
Articolul 3. Părţile convin ca bunurile prezentate la Articolul 1/a) să fie comandate şi preţul să fie achitat până la data de 29 octombrie 2010.
Părţile convin ca bunurile prezentate la Articolul 1/b) să fie comandate şi transportate în loturi de câte 4 pcs, numai în condiţiile în care întrega cantitate este comandată până la data de 15 decembrie 2010.
Articolul 4. Cumpărătorul se obligă să se ocupe de transportul şi instalarea bunurilor, precum şi să suporte integral cheltuielile aferente acestora. Vânzătorul îşi asumă responsabilitatea pentru toate riscurile ce decurg din operarea bunurilor până la momentul în care bunurile sunt preluate de către Cumpărător. Cumpărătorul preia o dată cu bunurile şi responsabilitatea pentru operarea acestora.
Articolul 5. Cumpărătorul se obligă să efectueze inspecţia cantitativă a bunurilor în orice moment precum şi inspecţia calitativă a bunurilor la momentul preluării.
În cazul în care Cumpărătorul nu are posibilitatea de a efectua una din inspecţii la momentul preluării bunurilor, se obligă să le efectueze la momentul livrării şi să comunice imediat Vânzătorului existenţa unui eventual defect.
Orice plângere referitoare la funcţionarea bunurilor devine validă numai în cazul în care Cumpăratorul poate demonstra că defecţiunea s-a produs din vina Vânzătorului.
Articolul 6. În baza prezentei, parţile convin ca orice acţiune legală să fie pusă în practică numai de către reprezentanţii acestora sau de persoane împuternicite de părţi.
Articolul 7. Prezentul contract s-a încheiat în baza Codului Civil din Ungaria (Art. 365-369 din Codul Civil) şi a prevederilor referitoare la încheiarea contractelor de vânzare-cumpărare din Codul Civil din Ungaria, Cartea I, Capitolul IV, Art. 198-338.
Orice anexă la prezentul contract se consideră a fi parte a acestuia, deci se supune aceloraşi prevederi legale.
Prezentul contract s-a încheiat în baza OG nr. 151/2003 (IX 22.) şi a Codului Civil din Ungaria, la Budapesta în data de 27 Octombrie 2010.
