Source text - English The Buyer should have rights to inspect the Products on the locations of manufacturing or delivering, and return the disqualified Products and cancel the remaining order, and the Seller should pick up such returning Products at the time specified in the return notice. The Buyer should also have rights to return the disqualified Products directly, and all the risk and expenses arising thereof should be taken by the Seller. The payment for the returning expenses should be made according to Article 8.1.
The title of Products which are qualified after the inspection should be transferred from the Seller to the Buyer.
During the Buyer’s resale of the Products provided by the Seller, if the local inspection authorities make any quality inspections on the Products and the Products are recognized as disqualified, the penalty charged by the authorities should be born by the Seller. If the Products are submitted for inspection due to the complaint by the consumer and the inspection result is disqualified, the inspection expenses should be bom by the Seller. In addition, in the event of the aforesaid situations, the Seller should bear all losses caused to the Buyer.
Even if there is any agreement on non-returning of the Products by the Parties, the Buyer still reserves the right to return all the Products unconditionally under the following conditions:
The quality of the Products provided by the Seller does not comply with the Agreement, the P.O., the international or domestic standard or the relevant government regulations;
There is any possibility that the Products provided by the Seller infringes the legal rights of other parties or that the government (including the court) has recognized that the Products infringes the legal rights of other parties.
The Buyer should have the right, at its own discretion, to ask for the refund or offset the payments due for future supplies of Products, thus reducing the amount to be paid to the Seller. The Buyer should give the Seller written notice of the aforesaid decisions.

The classification depends on the purpose for which the financial assets were acquired. Management determines the classification of its financial assets at the initial recognition and re-evaluates this designation at every reporting date.
Regular purchases and sales of financial assets are recognised on the trade-date - the date on which the company commits to purchase or sell the asset. Investments are initially recognised at fair value plus transaction costs for all financial assets not carried at fair value through profit or loss. Financial assets carried at fair value through profit or loss are initially recognised at fair value, and transaction costs are expensed in the statement of comprehensive income. Financial assets are derecognised when the rights to receive cash flows from the investments have expired or have been transferred and the company has transferred substantially all risks and rewards of ownership.
A financial asset is classified as fair value through profit or loss if acquired principally for the purpose of selling in the short term or if so designated by management. Assets in this category are classified as current assets if they are either held for trading or are expected to be realised within 12 months of the balance sheet date.

The notice shall state in full detail (illustrated with diagrammatic programmes as necessary) the event and material circumstances causing or likely to cause the delay or disruption, the estimated extent of the delay or disruption to the progress, the estimated length of the delay to the completion, and whether the Sub-Contractor considers that he is or may become entitled to an extension of time due to the event being an Excusable Event listed in Clause 5.5 and to reimbursement for direct loss and/or expense due to the event being an Compensable Event listed in Clause 5.5. If direct loss and/or expense is expected to be incurred, the notice shall give an estimate of the likely amount. If the delay or disruption is of continuing or repetitive nature, the Sub-Contractor shall submit updated notices at monthly intervals.
The Sub-Contractor shall submit his monetary claim for reimbursement for direct loss and/or expense with evidence of the direct loss and/or expense as soon as the direct loss and/or expense are fully known and reasonably calculable.
