"Translate > Insert all exact matches" stopped working

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue with the "Translate > Insert all exact matches" function. While it previously worked correctly, it is now failing to recognize many, if not most, exact matches. Additionally, the matching fragments with their corresponding match percentages are no longer visible on the dashboard. Could you please advise on possible solutions to resolve this problem?

  • Did you set your language codes correctly?
  • Can you find anything while concordancing (select a source word and click ☕️TM Source)?

Thank you for your response. I have been unable to locate the TM Source button. However, I have found what appear to be possibly equivalent functions marked with the same cup icon:

- ProjectTM: I can see matches, but these are limited to the current document translated - matches from previously translated documents are not visible.
- Add fragment to Memory: When I select a fragment and try to use this function, I receive an error message stating "Fragments memory is not open."
