Probably you could do it several years ago but not now. I used to be a paying member for a year before the Feb24 war, and I have to be a non-paying member at the monent, therefore I can compare these two conditions. No, non-paying members can't upload images directly from proz.

the image uploading box is one or two cm above the "Post reply" or "Update post" button.
No, it's not there.
