Teachers and Supervisors
Art. 28. Except the rights and obligations, described by the Regulations of the Act of National
Education, teachers and supervisors have specific rights and obligations which are established by
the Regulations hereof.
Art. 29. (1) The teachers and supervisors have following responsibilities:
1. Protection of live and health of the students.
2. Ensuring the quality of education and corrective measures.
3. Fulfillment of the school program and the programs in the respective subjects.
(2) The teachers and supervisors have following obligations:
1. They must know their students well, their behavior and personal character, they must develop
individual pedagogical characteristics for them.
2. They must study the level of knowledge and habits of the students and must perform individual
work with the students showing low performance.
Art. 30 The teachers and supervisors perform their obligations in cooperation with the Board of
Psychologists and Teachers
