Inherent means inherited/permanent part of the system - diachronic, if you wish. Dynamic impact is due to movement at a given time – synchronic.
You pass liquid through the pipes: it creates pressure and turbulence that dynamically impact on the structure, pumps and other paraphernalia included. It all stops the moment you switch the pressure off. Inherent, in this context, is simply contradiction in terms. Inherent weakness of an iron pipe is that it rusts. The dynamic pressure you exert on it is not inherent in the system of which the pipe is a part: it is self-induced only during operation and in the presence of the passing medium. Be careful!
