Todos los ministros son solidariamente responsables por los actos delictivos o violatorios de la Constitución o de las leyes en que incurra el Presidente de la República o que se acuerden en Consejo, **aunque salven su voto**, a no ser que renuncien inmediatamente.

What does this mean? Abstain? Vote against it?

This may be true in other instances but in the context of the LPH, it is a pre-registered "no" vote. The extract from the AGM only refers to votes against the motion: "Tras una discusión sobre la necesidad de hacer o no otra auditoria, se votó y aprobó las cuentas por mayoría (con solo los votos en contra y su salvación de voto: [listado] y las abstenciones de XXX y YYY)". "Su salvación de voto" refers to the votes against, which were emitted in this special manner.

"salvar el voto" means to vote against the majority, supporting the decision on substantiated reasons or motives
