English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) License Agreement

"XXXX [company name] warrants and represents that ***the non-dramatic performing rights*** to all musical compositions contained in the Programs or any of them are (a) controlled by the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers; Broadcast Music, Inc.; SESAC; or a performing rights society having jurisdiction; (b) in the public domain; or (c) controlled by XXXX [company name] to the extent required by the purposes of this Agreement."
