English term
you shouldn’t go out
English to Russian
Other
Sports / Fitness / Recreation
It is not necessary that a programme together would be partying.
Try something else, hike in the woods, organise a “dinner battle” at each others’ houses, obviously all from natural ingredients.
If you combine fun with fitness, you may even teach them a thing or two about living a health-conscious lifestyle.
Go out at the weekend!
I’m not saying that you shouldn’t go out, but it is good to keep it balanced.
One night out takes a week for the body to recover from, so I wouldn’t go out more than 2–3 times a month.
Try to time it in a way that the next day would be a bank holiday or weekend, so you could properly rest and prepare for the following week.
