Spanish term
orificio interno histológico
Spanish to English

Medical (general)
Aparato Reproductivo

internal orifice of urethra/ internal urethral orifice/ ostium urethrae internum.
The 3 names are from Dorlands online (Merk). The URL below is a downloadable PowerPoint Presentation with great graphic images. Slides 5 and 7 show the internal urethera orifice in a position that seems like that you described. It may not be detailed in some places because it isn't strictly relavant to reproduction.
The "histológico" part gives me doubts but may mean merely that the orifice is very small.
There is also a useful detailed anatomical description (for more than the present question) at the 2d URL below.
Still, I'm far from sure- Do you always get the easy ones?
