Dutch term
Betonachteruitbreken
Dutch to English
Tech/Engineering
Construction / Civil Engineering
This term is used in the context of tests on concrete strength, specifically (probably) so called concrete cone failure.

It would be easier to be more specific with a bit of context, but here's my suggestion.
What is Concrete Pryout Strength?
This is something related to the coming out of the short and stiff anchors by breaking or chipping the concrete at the direction opposite to the applied shear force to the column.

concrete breakout
This term is commonly associated with cone failure, see e.g. https://ideastatica.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/Theoretica...

reverse concrete breakout
Looks like it is a specific type of concrete breakout in the context of steel anchoring, where the breakout happens "backwards", in other words in the opposite direction of which the steel pin, for example, is inserted. See second image in right hand column on page 124 of web reference document.

Concrete cone failure
Concrete cone is one of the failure modes of anchors in concrete, loaded by a tensile force. The failure is governed by crack growth in concrete, which forms a typical cone shape having the anchor's axis as revolution axis.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Concrete_cone_failure
Tension loaded anchorages far from the concrete edge may fail due to concrete cone failure, steel failure, pull-out failure or splitting of the concrete member. In the case of concrete cone failure, a conical concrete breakout body forms, where the angle of the initial crack of the concrete cone to the concrete surface is approximately 35° and the diameter of the concrete cone is about 1.5 times the anchor embedment depth. If closely spaced anchor groups are loaded in tension, their concrete breakout bodies may overlap with each other and therefore, the full concrete cone resistance for a single anchor group may not be reached.
