Spanish term

abbreviation "ap"

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Medical report
Series of medical reports, probably from Uruguay, gentleman with type I diabetes and associated problems. This report specifically deals with eye problems.

"ap: dmt1 [that must be diabetes mellitus type 1] hemoglobina glicosilada 8.7"

I was thinking perhaps "antecedents previas" but is that repetitive?

Grateful for any help.
