Not happy with any of the ways I've tried to translate this. Full context: Si alguno de los accionistas de la sociedad que se liquida y extingue no quisieran continuar como tales en la Sociedad de XXXXX estarán al resultado de esa liquidación. Thanks in advance for any help!

will abide by the result of
You may often see the reflexive impersonal form of this verb used to mean "the parties will abide by" or "x will be applicable" (e.g., "Se estará a lo dispuesto en artículo X").
Here I believe it means "[the shareholders] will abide by/accept the result of that liquidation".
Here I believe it means "[the shareholders] will abide by/accept the result of that liquidation".

: > estar al resultado de una sentencia : to abide by a decision, West, though share in the surplus on liquidation would also make sense. BTW, surely : Si alguno de los accionistas .. no *quisiera* continuar, ..*estará* al resultado de esa liquidación...

Comment: "Thanks to you, Robert, and everyone else who answered. I think there are some mistakes and omissions in the ST but it was originally written in the 1800s before the advent of auto-correct!"

It would appear that shareholders who abandon ship will be obliged to accept whatever result is obtained by those who stay on board.

: > flawed logic: outgoing shareholders can't be contractually bound by the outcome, though may still have to pay lip service. As per co. aka corp. law doctrine: 'los estatutos: Arts. of Assoc./ Incorp.' are a kind of contract not binding on past members.
